This Dispute Resolution policy describes how disputes between users and Relationale LLC will be handled.
Informal resolution
Before filing any formal claim, you agree to first contact us at legal@wordrushtools.com and attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally.
Governing law
These Terms and any dispute arising from or relating to the Platform are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, except where overridden by mandatory consumer-protection laws in your jurisdiction.
Venue
Subject to the foregoing, any judicial proceeding shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
Class-action waiver
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you and Relationale LLC agree that disputes shall be resolved on an individual basis and not as a class, consolidated, or representative action.
No waiver
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
