User Content Ownership
Users own their original content; we receive only the rights needed to operate the Platform.
This policy describes ownership of content that users submit to WordRushTools.com.
You own your content
You retain ownership of original content you create and submit to the Platform (for example, custom word lists, saved puzzles, notes, or writing-studio drafts).
Limited operating license
You grant Relationale LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, transmit, display, and process your submitted content solely to operate the Platform, deliver requested services to you, and ensure security and abuse prevention.
No content sale
We do not sell user-submitted content.
Deletion
You may delete your content as described in your account settings. Backups may persist for a limited period as part of standard system operation.
