Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Relationale LLC, Keiron Brown, WordRushTools.com, and their respective employees, contractors, contributors, licensors, affiliates, technology providers, successors, and assigns (the "Protected Parties") from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or relating to:

• Your misuse of the Platform.
• Your violation of these Terms of Use, the Acceptable Use Policy, or any other applicable policy.
• Your unlawful conduct.
• Your infringement of any third-party intellectual-property or other rights.
• Your submitted content, to the extent such content gives rise to a claim.

The Protected Parties reserve the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, at your expense, in which case you agree to cooperate with our defense.
