Limitation of Liability
Limits on liability for Relationale LLC, Keiron Brown, and affiliated parties.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Relationale LLC, Keiron Brown, WordRushTools.com, and their respective employees, contractors, contributors, licensors, affiliates, technology providers, successors, and assigns (collectively, the "Protected Parties") shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, arising from or relating to:
- Word lists, dictionary entries, or definitions.
- Puzzle solutions, hints, or suggestions.
- AI-generated explanations, clues, or recommendations.
- Educational materials and articles.
- Vocabulary guidance or language references.
- Tools, features, or interactive experiences.
- Third-party content linked from the Platform.
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". The Protected Parties make no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
